During a very special visit to Israel, Rabbi Yaakov Glasman travelled with friend Catholic Archbishop Comensoli to Hadassah Hospital. They had the privilege of visiting Hadassah Hospital’s Gandel Rehabilitation Centre, the sole acute rehabilitation facility in Jerusalem. They met Ziv, a former IDF soldier injured in a Hezbollah drone attack.
The personalised care and attention he received at Hadassah’s Gandel Rehabilitation Centre, both in the hospital and during acute rehabilitation, were remarkable, and Rabbi Glasman expressed that it was heartening to see his progress. Both were deeply inspired by the dedication, innovation, and compassionate care at Hadassah Hospital.
