A very warm thank you to talented sculptor David Kolieb for dedicating the proceeds from sales at his forthcoming exhibition "Give Us A Hug" to Hadassah's Emergency Appeal.
A retired dentist, Kolieb created his artwork over the last three years and during COVID. “I was never intending to sell them, but I think at this worrisome time, we are emotionally tied, and I wanted to do my bit. Everybody wants to do something to help, and this is the best way I feel I can help, put on the show, sell my work and donate the proceeds to Hadassah Australia” said David to The Australian Jewish News in an article reporting his initiative.
David's exhibition titled "Give Us A Hug" will be held from 12-14 December at Malvern Artists' Society Gallery. Opening on Tuesday 12 December at 6.30pm.
